Fit in Fitness Month

It’s Fit in Fitness Month at BeConnected!

Track your steps each day in May and submit to Head Office by June 7th for your chance to win!

To participate, download our Step Tracking Sheet and use your smartphone, pedometer, or the attached activity conversion chart to document how many steps you take each day. At the end of the month, submit your tracking sheet to your Coordinator or Head Office for your chance to win a prize!

But wait! There’s more! Create a team of 5 people and compete in our Team Challenge for the chance to win even more prizes! Download and complete our Team Submission Form and submit to your Coordinator or Head Office at the end of the month. (Note: Team names are required and the more creative the better!)

Spring Food Drive

March 8, 2024

Local food banks receive a large amount of donations around the holiday season but by Spring the shelves are often bare. Therefore BeConnected has committed to running our Annual Food Drive in the Spring of each year to help those in need.

BeConnected’s office and program locations are now collecting donations of non-perishable food items. Please drop off any donations by March 26th. All donations will be given to the Mustard Seed Food Bank.
